A Newborn Survival Guide

NEW YORK, New York, April 17, 2021 — The newborn stage can be tricky. This newborn guide was created in an effort to share real strategies for managing life with a newborn. And, of course, sleep always tops that list of challenges.

Restfully’s Chief Education Officer Arielle Greenleaf today was featured in the New York Times parenting section as a contributing expert on newborn sleep. The newborn guide, written by journalist and author Melinda Wenner Moyer, entitled “Newborn Baby Care Basics: What to Know When You Leave the Hospital” features the advice from three pediatricians and Greenleaf to help guide parents through the early days and weeks of parenting.

“I was happy to contribute to this guide. Parents need all the support they can get during those early days and months. Sleep can be fleeting and confusing, so any help I can provide, I’m happy to do so,” Greenleaf said.
